Paula Patton has a distinguished career as an actor as well as a producer and director. The actress is best known for her starring part as a character in Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol. She was born into the middle class family located in Los Angeles and had big dreams for her future. Her mother loved films and was able to instill the love of movies in her daughter. Paula loved participating in school co-curriculars and she was a huge fan of drama. Paula was a fan of acting with her classmates as well as participating in school stage performances. Hamilton Magnet Arts High School provided her with numerous opportunities to act in high school and she chose acting for a profession. She enjoyed her summer at University of Southern California. The program offered her a three-month contract to make documentaries on PBS. When she was able to complete the assignment well, she was able to begin working as an assistant in the production of TV documentaries. When she was done with her work, she started producing documentary films. But she still had a desire to work as an actress even though she was satisfied at her position. The path to acting began when she had minor roles with Will Smith in the romantic comedy Hitch. She has since appeared in many popular movies and TV shows.
